Technically, Chika would have a cane and sunglasses, but for the most part her hair's always covering her eye... she does keep sunglasses on her though.
(Blind people wear sunglasses because sunlight will burn their eyes, they don't know to blink. It also helps identify them as blind people the "white cane + sunglasses all the time thing")
